Full Conference Registration is $300.
Professional Development Seminars are a separate fee of $220.

Professional Development Seminars (PDS) are not included with your Full Conference virtual registration. A separate registration fee of $220 is required and DOES NOT include access to the additional educational opportunities, Expo floor or networking opportunities.

We are not offering group discounts.  Registration is $300 per person.

All sessions except Professional Development Seminars will be pre-recorded with live Q&A after.

Each day, you will select the educational sessions* you would like to attend based on your interests. In case you missed any, recordings will be available online starting July 24 until August 31, 2020.
*Professional Development Seminars not included.

The virtual event works on laptops, desktops and handheld devices. Prior to the event, additional information will be available. In addition, we will be providing technical support during the event.

If you are participating in a Professional Development Seminar, you will need a webcam. All other educational sessions, a webcam is not required.

Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center Hotel Reservations:  Any Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center New Orleans hotel reservations made using the SSCE reservation link will automatically be cancelled with no penalty. Any other Hotel reservation you may have made direct with a hotel or 3rd party, must be cancelled by you, directly with that hotel.

The virtual booth price is $1,150.

The virtual booth price of $1,150 includes:

  • VIDEOS: Post videos of your company operations, whether promoting a new product, technology or demonstrating the newest equipment and technology in real-life settings
  • RESOURCES: Post as many downloadable documents as you’d like about your company and your products
  • DIRECT LEADS: Engage personally with attendees on the platform in live chats or offline messaging
  • ANALYTICS: Track booth visits, downloads, video views and more
  • LONGEVITY: One and half day trade show? Not this time! Your exhibit is open and selling for five weeks after the event allowing attendees to find you, and you can update your content as frequently as you want

There are virtual booths available for exhibitors to secure.  Virtual booths costs $1,150 and include the following:

Yes, all exhibitors can modify or add information to their booths through August 31, 2020.

NSC Southern Conference & Expo will be open to all 2020 exhibitors and attendees from the July 22 until August 31, 2020.

NSC Southern Conference & Expo offers the ability to network 24-7!  You will have the opportunity to live chat with attendees during the Expo Power Hours. Or, you can send a message to any other attendee or exhibitor staff on the system. It will be up to all users whether they respond to inquiries.

We encourage you to participate. You can expect a similar experience with attendees as you would at a physical event.  Plus, you’ll have more data available to you on who downloaded your handouts, watched your booth videos, asked good questions in the booth Q&A, who connected in chat, shared their VCard and sent an email introduction.

If you chose not to participate, you do have additional options. Please contact our exhibit sales team for options. 

We will drive traffic through an extensive digital marketing campaign. We will also host online incentives, games and rewards for different levels of participation.

Exhibitors and sponsors will have access to a variety of data and metrics about use of the site. For specific information about what may be available at different levels of sponsorship, please contact:
