At this time, you are not required to wear a face covering/mask. NSC is aligned with CDC guidelines and will base requirements on event location and community risk. Attendees should be prepared to wear a properly fitting face covering, as face coverings may be required if community risk of COVID-19 is “high.”

Yes. During the registration process all attendees, exhibitors and speakers must confirm understanding and acknowledge the risk of exposure and contraction of potentially dangerous diseases, including COVID-19, by attending the event. All must also agree to release NSC of any liability related to attendance.
The inaugural NSC Spring Safety Conference & Expo will take place, May 17-19, in Indianapolis.

The Expo floor is located in the Indiana Convention Center.

The minimum booth size is 10' x 10' (100 square feet). Booths may be combined to create a larger space.

Exhibit Space Application must be submitted in order for booth to be assigned and invoice for full payment will be generated.

Inline Booth (each 10’ x 10’) - Includes 8' high draped back wall with 36" high draped side rails, a 7' x 44'' ID sign with company name and booth number, one table, two chairs and one trash can. 

Peninsula Booth (20' x 20') – Includes an 8' high x 20’ wide back wall drape on common back wall and a 7'' x 44'' ID sign with company name and booth number, two tables, four chairs and two trash cans.

Island Booth (20' x 30') - Includes standard carpet, two tables, four chairs, two trash cans.

Move-in - Wednesday, May 17

Move-out - Friday, May 19

  • 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed on the floor during move-in or move-out. 
  2. Closed toe shoes need to be worn at all times in the exhibit hall and dock during move in and move out.
    • No access will be granted to the exhibit halls or docks if the shoe policy is not followed.
  3. No open-toed footwear, sandals or flip flops are allowed during Expo hours.
